Heat Therapy for the Shoulder
These exercises should only be performed after evaluation by a qualified medical professional and under their instruction. Should you experience pain or discomfort while doing an exercise, stop immediately.
Place a moist hot pack on top of a double-layered towel and fold the towel over the hot pack for protection. Sit comfortably in an upright position. Place the towel-wrapped hot pack across the top of your shoulder from front to back. Apply heat for 20 minutes. Wait at least one hour before repeating.
