Butterfly Hip Stretch

Sit upright and relaxed on an exercise mat. Bring your heels together and grasp your heels with your hands. Your elbows are straight and rest on the insides of your thighs. Bend your elbows and slowly lean forward, gently pressing your elbows against the inside of your thighs. Relax and return to the starting position.
